Capture

Answer every lead, day or night

The fastest money in the building: the people already calling, texting, and filling in your form who never hear back in time.

Start here

Missed-call text-back

Every unanswered call gets an instant text back in your voice, so the caller books with you instead of the next company on the list.

Best forAny business where the phone rings while you're on a roof, under a sink, or on another call.

  • Fires on every missed, busy, or after-hours call
  • Texts written in your voice, not a robot's
  • Runs on your existing number — no porting, no new line
  • Live in about 7 days
$500 setup + $150/moDetails

AI chatbot — website & WhatsApp

A chatbot trained on your services, pricing, and service area that answers questions, captures leads, and books jobs around the clock.

Best forSites that get traffic but no calls, and owners answering the same five questions all day.

  • Answers FAQs about scope, pricing, and coverage
  • Captures name, number, and job details
  • Books straight into your calendar
  • Web widget and WhatsApp, same brain
$1,500 setup + $400/moDetails

  • Answers and qualifies live calls
  • Books jobs and routes true emergencies to you
  • Written summary after every call
  • Falls back to text-back if the caller hangs up
$3,000 setup + $750/moDetails

  • The same ask to every customer, Google-only
  • No sentiment gating — FTC- and Google-policy clean
  • Monthly rating and volume snapshot
Add-on — quoted with your plan

Website

A site built to book work, not to win awards

The surface everything else bolts onto: your ads land on it, the chatbot lives on it, the text-back number sits on it.

A fast, mobile-first site engineered to turn visitors into calls and form-fills, built with AI so it ships in days instead of months.

  • Everything in the Lead Site spec

  • One page, loads instantly on phones
  • Call, directions, and order buttons
  • Wired into your Instagram bio and Google listing
  • Upgrades to a full Lead Site later
$500 build + $75–100/mo

Get found

Get found on Google — and inside AI answers

Search isn't just ten blue links any more. We tune your pages for both: classic SEO, and GEO — being the source ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews actually quote.

SEO + AI-search (GEO) audit & fix

A fixed-scope tune-up of the site you already have: Core Web Vitals, technical and on-page SEO, and the schema and quotable answers that get you cited by AI search engines.

Best forA decent site that loads slowly, ranks poorly, or never shows up in AI answers.

  • Speed and Core Web Vitals: LCP, CLS, INP
  • Titles, meta, schema, sitemaps, internal linking

  • Before/after report with the real numbers

Demand

Fill the pipeline when inbound isn't enough

Once you're catching everything that comes in, the next lever is volume — bought deliberately, measured honestly.

Lead finder — targeted prospect lists

A clean, enriched list of real businesses in your vertical and city — name, phone, website, ratings — built to order instead of bought off a shelf.

  • Filtered by vertical, city, size, and rating
  • Phone, website, and listing data enriched
  • De-duplicated against your existing CRM
  • One-off, monthly refresh, or your own login
$300 per 250 leads · $500/mo ongoing · $750 + $99/mo self-serve

Google Local Services Ads

We get you Google Guaranteed and run your Local Services Ads — the green-check placement above every other result — including disputing the junk leads you get charged for.

  • Profile build and service-area setup
  • Budget pacing and bid management
  • Lead-dispute management every month
$500 setup + $300/mo · ad budget paid to Google

Meta ads — Facebook & Instagram

Agency-grade Facebook and Instagram advertising without the agency retainer: we build the tracking, the audiences, the creative, and the tests, and report on what it actually cost you per lead.

  • Pixel and Conversions API set up properly
  • Audience build and campaign structure

  • Monthly spend, cost-per-lead, and trend report
$750 setup + $750/mo · ad budget paid to Meta

Automation & content

Kill the busywork behind the scenes

The glue work: the copy-pasting between tools, the questions you answer twenty times a week, and the content you never get around to making.

Custom GPT on your own content

A private assistant trained on your manuals, pricing, and past jobs, so your team gets a cited answer instead of interrupting you.

Best forTeams where the owner is the search engine — and that knowledge walks out with staff.

  • Trained on your documents and past work
  • Answers cite the record they came from
  • Says 'I don't have that' instead of inventing
  • Your data kept isolated, never pooled
$1,000 + $99/mo hosting

Workflow automation

We wire your tools together so a lead, a booking, or an invoice moves itself instead of living in someone's head.

Best forManual, glued-together operations and double data entry between apps.

  • Mapped to your real process, not a template
  • Connects your CRM, calendar, forms, and inbox
  • Built on Zapier or n8n — you keep the account
  • Documented and handed over
$500–$1,500 per workflow

AI video from your photos

  • Cut for Reels, TikTok, and your listing
  • Vertical and square versions
  • Delivered in a few days
$350 per video · 3 for $750

Online ordering link setup

We configure your ordering platform and wire the Order button across Google, Instagram, and your site so nobody has to hunt for it.

Best forFood businesses findable on Maps with no way to order.

  • Square or Toast configured
  • Order button on your Google listing
  • Wired into Instagram and link-in-bio
  • Tested end-to-end before handover
$250 one-time

Most owners don’t start with 20 services — they start with one. The three bundles on the pricing page stack the lead-capture pieces in the order they usually pay off, and everything else on this page bolts on when it earns its place. Not sure which gap is costing you the most? Book the call and we’ll tell you straight.

Before Navon

Products our engineers built as staff

These are previous employers’ products, not Navon engagements — work our team shipped on someone else’s payroll. We show them because the experience is real, and we keep them separate because the credit isn’t ours to claim.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy all of this?

No. Almost everyone starts with one thing — usually missed-call text-back, because it pays for itself out of calls you're already losing — and adds the rest only when it's obviously worth it. Nothing here requires anything else to work.

What's the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO gets you ranked in Google's results. GEO — generative engine optimization — gets you quoted inside AI answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews. They overlap but they're not the same job, and we do both in one pass.

Is any of this cold outreach?

The customer-facing automation is 100% inbound — it only ever responds to someone who contacted you first. The lead finder builds prospect lists for businesses that already run their own outbound; we never send cold texts or calls on your behalf.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Your domain, your hosting, your ad accounts, your Google listing, your automation account — all in your name, and you keep them if you ever leave.

How much does it cost to start?

Every line above is a flat setup fee plus a flat monthly, listed on the card — no percentage of ad spend and no hourly billing. Ad budget, where it applies, is paid by you directly to Google or Meta, never through us.

Is this all your own work?

The cards above are projects we designed and built. The companies named under “Before Navon” are previous employers — products our engineers worked on as staff, not work Navon delivered. We keep the two separate on purpose.

Can I try any of these?

Several are public and linked from their card. Some are internal tools or run behind a login, so we show a screenshot rather than a live link. Ask on a call and we'll walk you through any of them.

Is the data in these screenshots real?

No. Every screenshot showing records — callers, properties, punch-list items — is a demo environment running on synthetic data. We don't publish real customer information.

Not sure where you’re leaking money?

Book a 10-minute call. We’ll look at your phone, your site, and your listing, and tell you which one of these is worth doing first.
