Messaging program
Navon AI Missed-Call Text-Back: when you call our business phone number and we are unable to answer, we send a single follow-up text message to the number you called from so we can help you by text. If you reply, we respond conversationally to assist you. Messages are only sent to numbers that first contacted us.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — typically one message per missed call, plus replies to your messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact our support team at info@getnavon.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
